2018 CEMTEK KVB-Enertec™ Conference Week

This year’s CEMS & DAHS Seminar & Training was held at the Hilton Hotel-Costa Mesa in beautiful Southern California. We worked, we learned, we networked but most of all, we celebrated our amazing CEMS Industry!

The event brought together more than 50 Industry Leaders to share their expertise and offer hands on training. It also provided a valuable networking opportunity and set the stage for further CEMS business development.

The Conference Week spanned throughout four days and started off with a two day NetDAHS Comprehensive Seminar & Training and included a CEMS training specific for the Refinery Sector. The last two days consisted of in depth CEMS Seminar & Training for all other industries including power generation, cement manufacturing, steel and glass manufacturing, and many others. Various topics were covered each day including Regulatory Updates for Part 75 sources; discussions on the Future of Ammonia CEMS for SCAQMD Sources; Refinery Sector Rule Regulatory Update; Considerations for Improving SCR Performance; CEMS Operation, Maintenance and Best Practices and more than 50 different lectures and classes to choose from!

We had the honor of having many distinguished guest speakers including:

Charles Frushour from the EPA, Dipankar Sarkar from the South Coast Air Quality Management District

Eric Stevenson from Bay Area Air Quality Management District
Lawrence Muzio from Fossil Energy Research Company
Lucas Schnieder from Ameren Energy
and many more expert guest speakers!

All of our hard work was rewarded with various evening events where we celebrated CEMTEK’s 15 Year Anniversary and the acquisition of KVB-Enertec. We laughed, enjoyed amazing meals and entertainment, deepened friendships and formed new ones all while enjoying the beautiful Southern California scenery and weather!
